
Chocolate Donut Recipe
what you need:
- DONUT MIX - 700g (Buy Now)
- Shortening / Butter - 50g
- Chilled Water - 350g
- Dry Yeast - 11g
- Melted Chocolate - 100g (Buy Now)
- Cake Sprinkles - 25g (Buy Now)
how to:
- Take DONUT MIX, yeast and shortening in a mixer
- Prepare dough by adding water slowly and kneading for about 10 mins
- Sheet thru sheeter / roller-pin of ~20mm
- Cut in shape of hot-dog
- Proof to double the thickness to ~40mm
- Deep Fry at 180°C or Bake in preheated oven at 220°C for 12 mins
- Dip in melted chocolate, followed by some Sprinkles
