Still figuring how to get that perfect crinkle on top of your brownies without eggs Well, here's your recipe on how you can get that shining crinkle!
B. Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cocoa powder 20g
Dark chocolate (melted) 125g (don't use compound chocolate)
Unsalted butter (melted) 40 g
Sweetened condensed milk 200g
Please take good quality dark chocolate (I used 55%)
Melt butter and dark chocolate together. In a double boiler or microwave Let it cool.Add condensed milk and mix properly
Sift the dry ingredients and fold them until no lumps
Add nuts (walnuts almonds - its optional)
Line a 5 or 6 inch aluminum pan and pour the prepared batter. And top with few nuts for that extra nutty texture. (Optional again)
Bake it at 160°c for about 20-25 mins or until skewer comes out with moist crumbs. It shouldn't come out with wet batter. Moist crumbs are fine. Do not over bake them.
Tips for crinkly top :
Let the batter rest for about 10 mins and then load it in pre heated oven.
P.s. you can always double the measurement of ingredients if you want to make more quantity.
