Thanks for encouraging everyone by the inviting guest post. Today when i saw inviting guest post message in the group and reading the topics at that time my eyes got stuck on the gems cake design.
It gave me the flash back of my childhood days and also of the day I made the cake, of which I am sending these pictures. This design is close to my heart because my twins niece are also fond of gems like every other child. So last year on the occasion of there birthday i made this anti gravity gems cake for them.
Maida - 1cup
Coco powder - 1/4 cup
Condense milk - 1/4 cup
Powder sugar - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup (or according to consistency)
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
In a bowl mix wet ingredients very well. In another bowl seive dry ingredients and then mix in wet ingredients. Then pour this batter in greasy baking mould abd bake it for 20-25 min at 180°c. After cool down completely take it out from mould.
Whip up the cream and apply on the cake and decorate it with gems and rainbow sprinkles.
